The staff was exception in my opinion - profession, delightful courtesy, and well trained. The concierge was "platinum" level experienced and helpful. If fact, he solved an important issue regarding where we were to meet our transportation to Yokohama with Holland America Line (HAL) regarding the correct terminal meeting area. If it was not for the concierge help we would have gone to the wrong terminal and most likely missed our transportation - kudos for his help. "
