"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "

The bed this second time, however, seemed harder than the first time. It was uncomfortable and gave me back pain. It does make me question if I can stay again. Otherwise a great option in Narita.
