RUDE STAFF and dirty toilet.
The toilet smell bad. its as if someone urinate all over the toilet when we check in.. we check out early due to power failure early in the morning. The staff was rude when we went and ask her regards the power failure. she raise her voice to my husband when was ask about the matter. its just rude and un professional as she said its not her fault in a very high pitch. we hope the management will do something about this matter in the mare future.

VERY TERRIBLE
Very terrible. The room so small. No wardrobe. The staff is rude. They even dont return my deposit. This is my 2nd time having problem with this hotel. Last year they charged my credit card twice for a week stay. I told already i had paid during the booking. Cost another rm1000++. At last the problem settled with no apology. Even worse, they deducted rm10.60 as 'bank management charge' eventhough clearly the staffs' mistake. After being the regular customer for few visit, surely I wont choose this hotel anymore during my visit
