"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."

We had asked about the thermostat and the cleaning staff said it was actually broken or at least really difficult to And the bathtub since we have children,...

"Pipes/ plumbing made rattling sounds all night which made it difficult to sleep. Walls were thin and you could hear other hotel guests talking or running the TV. Overall not a restful experience. Free breakfast was pretty weak. Would not stay there again."

"We liked the woodsy gnome theme of this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Bagels are served between 7 and 10am in the cute activity room. The only cons were that the bedspreads and carpets really need to be updated. We would stay here again."
