"Clean spacious room. Excellent double sink and bathroom. The bed is great and smells fresh. Bed mattress is on the firm side (for those who are particular about this). They provide baby barriers for the bed on request. Friendly staff who are always smiling. They are also attentive and fast to help. The hotel is located just less than 5 minutes walk from one of Yokohama station’s exits. Sheltered all the way so you can get back without getting wet in the rain (unless the wind is also strong). Lifts are available all the way. Many great eateries just downstairs too. Would recommend the tsukemen. "

"Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Excellent hotel just a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. Wonderful inside the lobby and excellent view from my room on the 34th floor. Staff very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping my luggage to my next hotel in addition to storing it prior to check in. "
