"We had a good stay ate Maitria hotel. The staff was excellent; very helpful and courteous. The location is also great-- very close to Terminal 20 (walkable) and also Asoke BTS station. There is a cafe within the hotel that serve breakfast and that was a nice bonus. The amenities and the room were a little below our expectations though. We had an issue with the sink clogging on our first day and the bathroom amenities were very bare bones (no iron/ironing board in the room either). "

"The staff is great, very friendly and helpful specially the concierge UI, but the rooms need a very good renovation. The room smell like mould or wet carpet, the walls have signs of infiltration. A few of the amenities are old tbh. The breakfast it’s okay but could have a better and more options. The location and staff fantastic. But really really think the rooms need some renovation and some investment. "

"My stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting approximately from everything. One downside is breakfast ends at 10:30 which is normal. I got there at 10:10-10:15 and one of the staff did not like it and mentioned that it is now 10:30 which was not and even if, I already came before. "

"Best hotel we stayed in in Thailand. The hotel itself is visually pleasing and in a great area, super close to terminal 21. Ice lollies on arrival were a great touch and much needed. The room was laid out really well and I liked that you could control the lights from your bed. Okay negative is that the restaurant is quite expensive but the happy hour is great! "
