"Breakfast selection was good but our group could not sit together, there were only 6 of us, as the staff were trying to close down a section of the restaurant for cleaning. We ended up on 3 separate tables, not very customer centric."

"We received a lovely welcome and your Reception team (both day and night) were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was adequate although with only lamps for lighting, it was a little dark. Maybe an improvement for the future. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and attentive. We would recommend your hotel and we will be back soon, thank you!"

"Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena."
