"Had a great stay, no problems. Only suggestion would be to give an extra towel in the room. Front desk staff were great snd breakfast was fantastic but the scrambled egg was always super salty so please tell the chef to use less salt! Otherwise perfect stay! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."

"I loved everything about this property. I was traveling solo but the atmosphere is safe. The food and drinks are the best. The cleanliness of the hotel is attributed by the cleaning staff who work above and beyond to keep the hotel clean. The entire staff are exceptional who make sure all of your needs are met. Not good with names ,but the manager I believe Chris is his name runs that hotel efficiently and is an inspiration to his staff. The female supervisor holds her own during her shift....

"A fantastic traditional looking pub which hasn’t been ruined with modern touches bars have now. That is the beauty of the place. Short walk to the city centre. The pub has lots of interesting history attached, super friendly and helpful staff it’s a worth a stay and drink!"

"I enjoyed an excellent 2-night stay at the HGI. The high point was the attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. On the second day, the chair in my room kept slipping making the use of my computer nigh on impossible when I needed to be able to use it. Thomas, one of the duty staff on the front desk, sent a maintenance guy to my room with a replacement chair within 15 minutes. Job done.
