The room is 60% of my trip. I was very pleased with the grounds, my room and the space itself. I didn't get to use the pool but I did sit around it just to relax. I loved the lay out of the property and the running stream just below my balcony. I loved all the greenery around the property. I felt like I was in a small forest.

The resort was beautiful and very tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend for those not wanting to be in the super busy areas. Only downside is the time to get to/from the resort due to traffic around Bali.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Canggu. The experience was beyond my expectation. Very good customer service and amenities. Location is excellent, in the middle of Canggu but with serene and quiet ambiance far from the busy streets. Shuttle is provided if you want to go to a beach club or drop off spots in Seminyak or Canggu. We will definitely go back and try other Plataran Villas. Our stay was superb!

Amazing,the hotel went above and beyond, It was my birthday and wow did I feel special, they upgraded my room, gave me a little birthday cake, the even wrote Happy birthday out on my bed. The staff were so helpfull and friendly, I even got a free massage, Perfect spot if your on your Honeymoon it was so romantic. Thank you for making my birthday one of the best ive ever had :)

Absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend. The villa was stunning and peaceful. I felt like I had my own private sanctuary. I had about 6 spa treatments with Agung (sorry if I spelled wrong) and each one was 11/10, so refreshing and healing. As a solo female traveller I felt safe at all times, the staff even made sure my Gojek drivers were correct. My favourite holiday ever. Thank you

I would rebook it next year. Had my own pool villa, if you want to recover from work and be in silence, that’s your resort. Breakfast was fine. Staff exceptionally friendly. They have few activities throughout the day such as how to create Balinese pancakes. They offered me yoga equipment. The SPA is every IDR worth it - best facial in my 3 weeks. Laundry was fine! Seminyak and the crowd is just 10 min away by Grab bike if you need some people around you. I loved it here - they made every wish come true for me. Suksma!

The hotel was amazing. We received a free upgrade to a room with a private pool which was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a 3 nights booking in their One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool at Villa Canggu by Plataran. However, we had a very bad experience to the extent that we had to make an alternate booking in the middle of the night and check out the very next morning. 1. The property is very poorly maintained 2. ⁠ We could not sleep the entire night as the AC did not work at all. 3. ⁠The reception closes at 11 pm and there is no one except for the security guard whom you can reach out to incase you need anything. 4. ⁠The restaurant and in room dining shuts down at 9.30 pm and there is no food available after that. 5. ⁠There were a ton of geckos and gecko poop everywhere in the room including on the bed and the mosquito nets. We had a gecko jumping around right on the bed and another one crawling inside the mosquito net over the bed. 6. The bed linen was stained and dirty 7. Very old and dilapidated towels. 8. All the couches in the room were again very dirty and stained. 9. ⁠Poor quality toiletries. 10. The swimming pool in the Villa was dirty and full of filth. It seemed it had not been cleaned for ages. 11. Last but not the least, the property is located quite far off from Canggu center and in the middle of nowhere. While google map showed 17 mins to the beach, in reality it took us 50 mins to reach Canggu town center/ beach.
