"All the staff are friendly and helpful at this well-located hotel, near Earl’s Court. The decor has a style and originality, the room was clean, comfortable, and the whole place has a beautiful smell. I had a garden room, which is quiet, if a little dark. There is a cafe and restaurant serving a decent enough menu. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended. "

This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. "The Hotel Xenia was able to accommodate me last minute when another hotel had some cleanliness issues. I'm SO glad I made the switch. I stayed for a week at Hotel Xenia, and the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and the tube. I also loved being able to walk and run through Kensington Gardens with ease. Make sure to take advantage of the breakfast attached to the hotel! Some of the best baked goods I had on my trip."

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."
