"I love being able to stay in the updated rooms, although the television wasn't working (I guess I needed the quietness). A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I came out to find he had done this! I thank him and appreciate him so much for doing that!"

"The most worst living conditions.I've ever been in.Your customer service was great of getting my money back refund.But the hotel was terrible.I haven't sleep in my truck that night.Cause I couldn't find a place.That would have my trailer.Customer service was wonderful.Living conditions was terrible , worst time , my life"
