Kendall Hotels with Swimming Pool

"I recently stayed there for one night specifically because of its convenient location - minutes walk from main stores- and a shuttle to & from the airport. The room was big & clean, the staff very pleasant & helpful and the ambiance delightful and relaxing. I had to leave at 3 in the morning and was happy to see staff bright & brisk available to help me at that hour."

"Room was clean upon arrival, one of the house keepers had an attitude. the breakfast was okay, not much options, the hot tub was dirty the first day once i address it to staff they cleaned it and it was better. This is place I stay when visiting family. I have stayed here like 4 to5 times. I do recommend. "

"My husband had to take a quick trip as his father passed away recently. After a very long day of making funeral plans he checked in to the hotel only to be put into a room that had large holes in ceiling with leaky pipes. Exhausted from the day he stayed the night. He checked out in the morning and ask the receptionist if they knew of the hole in the ceiling and they said yes. So somehow this hotel thought it was appropriate to put someone in that room. He was suppose to stay two nights, he checked out early. We aren’t familiar with Rochester and the area of this hotel is also very bad. The hotel and hotels.com refused a full refund. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with hotels.com and it’s appalling they were unreasonable with us after choosing to be affiliated with such a terrible hotel. Would never stay here again. "
