"Brightonwave has everything you need and little that you don't need. Great location close to the shore and Brighton Palace Pier. Close to the action of Brighton, but still quiet. A short taxi ride from the train station (or 20 minute walk). A very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Pool Valley coach station (National Express buses to Gatwick and Heathrow). Richard and Simon are friendly and helpful and serve up a good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Can't go wrong here, if you can manage...

"This is a lovely apart/hotel in a great location and I recommend it highly. It's situated within a 2-min walk to Gloucester Road station. The area is quiet and walkable. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park just a few minutes away too. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants close by and the high street is 10-mins away. We stayed for 9 days in between other travels. We initially strayed in the studio room which was great but a bit small but then we moved to a studio deluxe which was perfect....

"Legends is a lovely old seafront hotel with welcoming and helpful staff, and the room i was in was charming and modern. The only problem i had was that my room key card kept forgetting how to open my door, but the staff were always available and happy to help. There is a nightclub in the hotel, but from my room there was barely any noise, so i slept well!"

"Extremely poor service, we checked in to the B&B with friends to be then handed our keys and told to find our own rooms as she needed to deal with an inpatient guest. Not sure where they got the photos for the hotel but they certainly weren’t of the rooms we stayed in, window had no lock despite being on first floor bathroom door didn’t close properly they forgot the breakfast on the last day which was not worth £10.
