"Beautiful place. Large bed room, large bathroom and lovely bed. Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast. Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops). Would definitely stay here again. "

"On arrival we were well received and my guest were Offred the delicious chocolate cookies & water which was most welcomed as the day was sunny & hot. The suite was beautiful and as shown on the website over looking the sea however the windows could do with a bit of a clean. Apart from that all staff were very helpful and ensured that we felt welcomed & valued as guest. lovely hotel and would return again "

"We get there when we’re told check in can start. I was given no email correspondence of how to check in the door needed a code to enter which I hadn’t received prior to checking in, then when I managed to gain access through another guest I waited in the corridor trying to call but they kept hanging up when answering. I didn’t know what room I was or the code to the key lock to gain access to the room, no wifi password prior to arrival, and when someone did turn up and I got in the shower...

"it was a lovely stay for us as a family. convenient and walkable to everything. we enjoy the breakfast with the seaview. the blue muffin was my daughter’s favorite. just the pool size we are not expecting but we are happy and look forward to stay again next summer! thank you leo’s!!! from angeles family"

"This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It was exactly as described and really well thought through. I would 100% recommend. Ps the mattress in seaview room needs to be changed but certainly doesnt remove any stars or high praise. "
