Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. "Love the property.. however, I let the front desk know that, there was ONLY one tram running and NO boat running. Waiting 20-25 mins for a train ride to the tower. Also, the main large slide was closed the Entire memorial weekend. For kids that was a bummer. Asked for a credit of some kind and was denied. Not very happy."
