"Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choices, the Japanese dishes in particular are so yummy. Reception staff were really helpful, especially with sending our luggage to our next destinations as it was our first time doing it. Room was a bit small but super clean with loads of amenities. Very convenient with a 7-11 located in the same building. Location was great, quiet bit still central. All in all, very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Das Personal war super. Auch der Onsen auf dem Dach ist toll! Einfach eine mega Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist gut, nur die Zimmer wie so oft in Japan leider sehr klein. Große Koffer sind eine Herausforderung. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer bei dem das Waschbecken im Zimmer selbst war. Alleine ok, zu zweit finde ich das eher unpraktisch. Ein mini Minuspunkt. Die Fenster sind sehr flach und niedrig und haben ein kleine Wand nach vor gebaut an der man sich im Bett recht leicht auch mal den Kopf stoßen...
