We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at the Truitt the next time we are in town! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and stylish. The rain shower and bed were amazing and the shared spaces were welcoming. We felt very safe on the property and in the surrounding neighborhood. Ryan and David were great hosts and quickly responded when we needed assistance with our room. The location was great and we had easy access to the historic and arts districts as well as the plaza and public transit. We are already daydreaming of our next visit to KC and our future stays at the Truitt!

It was clean and comfortable, probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Kansas City! It's close enough to walk to Westport and the Uptown without it being so close that it's loud too, and we'll definitely be staying here again for the next concert we go to there!

My visit started with excellent customer service with Zach helping me find my parking space to making sure I got checked into my room. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and the hotel management was super responsive. My room was very warm and they tried to work with me to make it cooler. I think maybe a call ahead to make sure the heat is turned down or off in the room would be helpful. The room had a makeup washcloth and hair dryer bag which were nice touches, and also a steamer for my clothes if I needed it.
