"I booked and paid for our World Cup room through Expedia in May. Upon arriving I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. The hotel was.clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Our World Cup experience was great. Then I get home and found out the hotel charged me for the room a second time. The room was $1100 so getting charged a second time is a little rough. "Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere."

"Staff was courteous, room was not as clean and run down, sink was clogged and reported to front desk which they said maintenance would come the following morning, checked out 4 days later and never came. Also no hairdryer or iron incase you need that nor shampoo just 2 bars of soap"

"Well it was a place to sleep for the night. Shower had holes in the wall, curtain had already fell off and they fixed it and did not fix the holes. All the tvs were hung crooked. Kinda dirty. The breakfast was a let down. I just wish the soccer fifa was not in town so I could have got a better room at another location. I have a year old baby and was afraid to set her down. If you need a place to sleep and don’t care where this is your place but if you have a small baby or want a clean experience...
