The rooms and buildings are dated but that has always been fine with me since the location, pools, live music, staff and beach access has always been so good. "What a beautiful hotel!! Their oceanfront rooms were unbelievable! The pool and beach was the best for our small toddler with close to no waves and chairs right on the sand or grass at the beach. We loved visiting dukes for dinner too, what a great restaurant with beautiful views! "
