Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Kauai

"I would definitely enjoy visiting kauai and stay here again. This is centered on the island and makes it easy to travel both north and south with ease. This location has multiple amenities within walking distance, food, shops, pharmacy rentals (bikes, kayak snorkeling and surfing) the hotel also makes it easy to book events through the concierge service. We booked an ocean view room which made the sunrises harder to leave."

"Beautiful resort and hotel, absolutely love the pool! Only issue was the bed in the room, traveled with a friend and given a room with only one bed, was to old because it is a timeshare property they are not able to guarantee rooms with 2 beds…"

"Dirty room, wifi and tv not working, some staff not helpful. "

"No AC in the unit, which both the onsite staff and Travelocity struggled to offer any sort of workable alternatives. Also, the parking was atrocious; we routinely had to park at buildings 4-5 structures away from ours. Great beaches but very disappointed by the cost vs reality."

"The room was not clean. Broken glass, spider webs, only two hand towels, The bedding was not fresh. No extra toilet paper, no tissues. It's hard to say it was a terrible stay because of the location. The island is so beautiful and the hotel looks good on the outside, just have low expectations for inside. After we cleaned the room and purchased our own bedding, got supplies, the rest of our trip was amazing!! "

"Room was very small. Property had a dozen or more feral cats (essentially vermin) wandering around. Breakfast was minimal (some hard boiled eggs would helped an otherwise lack of protein) and the chickens (who were everywhere!) were very aggressive about stealing the food from your plates. It's hard to keep the property looking clean with that much animal defecation produced on an hourly basis."

"Great staff with a friendly welcome. South shore is a must to stay at to be close to Poipu beach and a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Two very close spots that have great food and shops"
