"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "

"Fantastic location. Travelled around Japan and did the typical Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka loop and spent five days at each mimaru. Did luggage delivery. Was there with kids. "This apartment was beautifully decorated. The towels are amazing! So soft and fluffy. It is a very spacious apartment. The only thing I would say is that it was a pain to have to order breakfast each morning. On our second day there, we forgot to order the breakfast because we were out all day. Also, the breakfast was not as per the pictures on the web site. It was bread, ham, eggs and soup."

"Great room, very nice to have an in room washer/dryer. Plenty comfortable. Only issue is unlike other hotels the staff isn't as helpful as I'd like it to be. We had to forward some luggage to the airport and our other hotel helped us out tremendously with paper work and setting up the whole process. This hotel basically told us we're on our own and pointed us to the nearest konbini who had no idea what we were talking about. Needless to say it added some unnecessary stress to the trip but...

"I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Namba Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The room was impressively spacious, especially by Japanese city standards, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless — from the bathroom to the bedding — reflecting excellent housekeeping standards. The layout was also practical and well-designed, giving enough space to relax after a long day of exploring. The concierge team at the check-in counter was exceptionally polite and professional. Their fluent English made communication seamless and stress-free. The check-in process itself was efficient and well-managed, taking only a short time despite the busy lobby. Another highlight was the hotel’s strategic location in Namba. It was within walking distance to shopping streets, restaurants, and major transport links, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."
