"The room was absolutely horrible, and disgusting. The entire building looked like it was abandoned. There was what looked like semen stains everywhere. The air con did not work, after 1 hour the temperature was still 31℃. I took photos as evidence to dispute the charge with my credit card company as this is obviously fraud. I checked out after 1 hour and went to book another hotel at the opposite familymart which had working air-conditioning. When i told the manager that the room was...

"Jeff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is just a short walk from the night market and is rastefully furnished. Its a home so there is some homeliness to it. The only thing would be that the curtains dont go all the way and while you wont get peeped into, this does mean the room is bright in the morning (ie you may have trouble sleeping in if you are so inclined). Oh and there isnt an elevator so thats something to be aware of! Otherwise everything else is great for the price range....
