Beautiful area of the city with amazing views, lots to do and with a light rail train stop right outside the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Room is old. Bathroom set-up is very strange. I got the "City View" room - end up over looking OK mart across the street. The room safe didn't work. Lobby smells like bathroom.. Plus side is the location. It's next to the arts and pier area. We were there for Christmas, and there was a Christmas market right in front. Easy access to the green line tram. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is very busy - lots of tour groups.

The hotel is lovely, clean, great service, and has dining on site. The location is very convenient as the light rail and Pier 2 are right outside the hotel. My only complaint is the modern design bathroom. I am giving it 4 stars because there’s no door to the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet are separated by a stall, there is no privacy and the noise from the bathroom can wake up other people in the room. Making it very awkward if you’re sharing the room with other people.

We stayed there after we escape from Hwalien earthquake. It’s not the first time I‘ve stayed there, yet it was my frist time after pandemic. The hotel has adopted more mordern ways to check in and out which was refreshing. The location is great and it is next to the water so the walk was pleasant always. I enjoyed staying with them and would choose them again.
