"The staffs are super friendly and really warm. She gave us all the required info to see the sun rise which is just 2 min walk. You can also see the tea garden there. The property is decorated with beautiful plants and lights. It is truely magical like I were in the fairy tale. The room is clean. Many parkings there. "There was a night firefly walk included and guided hikes as well. The staff was great and spoke English well, but also spoke about us in Mandarin not knowing we also understood.
