"Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here"

"I came with my elderly parents, and i really appreciate the hotel staffs' assistance. The hotel staffs were attentive, especially the girl named Collette. She is friendly, helpful and very passionate about this job. Even though she is not a front desk staff, yet she still provided assistance where possible. 1 most impressive point was before she signed off, she saw me at the lobby and she came by to make sure everything was alright with us, then only she went home. The check-in process took far longer than expected, and the front desk staff especially the Chinese girl seemed unfamiliar with the payment process, which caused delays. I hope the management can improve staff training and efficiency to provide a better experience for future guests. "
