"Ong's homestay has many rooms and there is a front porch for parking. This place is not ideal if you have no car to travel around the area. Mr Ong is very friendly and it is still a good place to stay if you wish to be centrally located near Kuah Town."

"Didi and his wife treated us nicely all the way and supported us with helpful information all over the trip and even beyond. The place was super clean and the breakfast superior. We even got a nice Motobike ride with our boy in the village. They also rent bikes to trip around the island or support with long time taxi over the day."

"really nice place, in the countryside but near to all attractions! with locally hired scooters can get around the whole island in a short time! the owners are wonderful people ready to help you for anything! very clean rooms (every day changed towels and sheets)! if you are looking for a quiet place to relax you've found it! "My wife and I stayed at Ritz Carlton Langkawi for 3 nights and would rate it one of the best luxury hotels we had stayed so far. Room was very spacious, with unique design, located in rainforest terrain and I really enjoyed perfect view of the blue-green sea from our room balcony. As the rooms, villas and various facilities are scattered across the rainforest, we moved around by hotel buggy and the atmosphere and experience was truly holiday-like. Hotel staff are amazing. They are very polite, greet you everywhere and always offering helps. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much"

"We stayed at the Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa for 4 nights during late August-early September. For starters, it is a fantastic family-friendly resort and from the moment you drive through the entrance you can immediately tell why it is considered a 5-star hotel. The ambience, the look and the atmosphere are all top-notch. The rooms and grounds are spotless. We stayed in a king bed room and it was huge and very well designed. Plenty of space of our belongings and more! The pool area is perfect for both kids and adults and we loved they had a mini kid's waterpark in the kids pool! The dining options are excellent and caters for every need. The staff deliver exceptional customer service, making our stay feel special. Its beachfront location and close proximity to the international airport make it incredibly convenient. Overall we felt like we were on an amazing holiday. Highly recommend!"
