"Clean and comfortable. Nothing too fancy. Perfect for a night's rest after roaming around the whole day. Breakfast was amazing and loads of options. Stone's throw away from the beack and other areas. The Consierge also helped us arrange a few day trips. Would definitely stay here again for sure!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay and were generally impressed with the hotel. The service was good, the facilities were great, and the room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and up to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. There are a few areas that I feel could be improved. The children’s playground, in particular, could be further improved. Given the overall quality of the hotel’s facilities, I expected the playground to be a little more well-equipped. The restaurant is another area where I feel there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, the food quality did not quite match the standards I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Some of the dishes, such as curry mee, Chinese tea eggs, roti paratha, and ayam berempah, are relatively simple local favourites, but the quality were below average. These dishes could be improved significantly in terms of taste. Overall, the hotel room, service, and facilities were very good. With some improvements to the children’s playground and especially the restaurant’s food quality, I believe the overall experience could be elevated to better reflect the hotel’s 5-star positioning."

"It’s a small family hostal/hotel very small for a short period accommodation, very convenient for travelers that mostly are outside enjoying activities and go back for sleep and rest. The staff is lovely a dry dedicated to satisfy the needs"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Cenang in Langkawi. The room was always cleaned promptly in the morning, and the front desk team was very accomodating. The location is excellent, we could see the beach from our balcony and we were only a few feet from the sand. Thank you Cenang!"

"Breakfast is reasonably priced and is good. The croissants are freshly baked on site which is good. However noticed there’s no shower facility at the swimming poolside for guests to rinse themselves before going into the pool. Didn’t feel very comfortable with it. Hotel is centrally locked near many eateries and shopping malls."

"A great place to spend time, a good swimming pool, and a very good outdoor BBQ area on the beach. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Subra I asked twice how to buy charcoal and sugar , and he went and got it himself. This made my stay very comfortable. Thank you, Subra. 👍🌺👍"

"Had 2 bed apartment which was huge, kitchen is better than most apartments have in the UK! Downside was facing the noisy building work which starts early in the morning and goes on till late evening. Another hotel is being built which does obscure the view to the sea. This will most likely go on for at least another year as hotel being built. Breakfast is a let down, if you go nearer the end, nothing is replaced. One day we had to queue for 30 mins for a table for which they are short. Wifi in hotel is hit and miss. Not enough sunbeds and only 3 umbrellas! At least pool is open till 10pm. Not sure why they require room numbers to get a towel. Overall a decent value for money hotel, however definitely not 5 star. Best in the area and modern. Good location"

"We spent 3 nights at Ambong Villas, and it was the best 3 nights, the room was really amazing, very clean and the views were insane! The staff were really friendly, and welcoming, they made it feel like home. The whole process from check-in till check-out was so smooth, even during our stay the staff helped us with recommendations to go try different beaches activities and restaurants which were really nice! I highly recommend this place. It is really special to us now and we will come back for sure InshAllah."
