"Chambre propre et assez spacieuse, le personnel était très gentil. L'espace détente/repas est agréable et le onsen est bien aussi. Seul petit point négatif : les femmes peuvent moins profiter du onsen (horaires specifiques) car seulement ouvert pour elles durant l'après-midi. Très bon rapport qualité/prix ! "

"The hotel staffs were very welcoming during my check in, despite on a last minute reservation (booked around 6pm, check in the hotel around 10pm on the same day). We stayed in 2 twin rooms for a party of 6 (2 adults, 2 youths, and 2 children aged 6 and 3)."

"We had a wonderful time at this ryokan. We chose this inn specifically for its remote location and traditional atmosphere and were not disappointed. The hotel, outdoor onsen, and woodsy surroundings were all excellent. The building is old and reminded me of the railroad lodges of the western United States: creaky old doors and floors, metal keys, and rotary dial phones. Other than the hotel, there are no restaurants nearby (that I know of) and dinner is an elaborate kaiseki ryori that requires...
