"The staff was very nice. The check in after hours was a bit confusing, because the text I got had the wrong code. I finally went back to my original email and was able to get the key. The view in the room is fantastic! The room was fine as for sleeping. But, the lights in the bathroom would either blink or go off completely while in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom was pretty rough and had big rust spots in it. The refrigerator worked fine, but it was also rusty and dirty looking on the outside. The light over the little dining table also blinked off and on."

"We loved the balcony. The view of the ocean was beautiful. I didn’t like that the door didn’t bolt shut. There was still the regular lock but the bolt didn’t work on the dead bolt. The resort itself was beautiful and well run. Room was clean and well stocked."

"Perfect stay for my family! The room was clean and big. Our room had a balcony that right when you walk out it is the pool which my kids loved. The kitchen was fully equipped and amazing to be able to cook in. The staff was friendly. There is a private beach access with tide pools that you can explore. Definitely will be staying here again!"

"Saane at parking exit rolled her eyes at us when we didn’t know it was the room key we needed to use to exit, I paid a lot of money for this room and I was really taken aback that this occurred day after we checked in. They charge additional amenities fee and parking fee, just add this into price of room. I will look for room with out additional fees next time. The activity offerings were nice. Pool area is very pretty with lights and walking bridge."

"This was our first visit to any of the islands and we didn’t want to leave. This place is perfect! Everything you want and close to everything in west Maui. You can walk out your door and watch the sea turtles come on shore and lay in the sun or watch them swimming. The outdoor of the property is perfectly manicured with flowers. It also has a nice pool and it’s so quiet with beautiful sunsets. A lot of people snorkelled from there since the coral reef is right there. "

"We love this property, and it was not our first stay. Location is one of the primary assets, but the aloha spirit of the staff is an asset as well. The beds are comfy, the AC is effective, and the cleaning staff is meticulous. We will happily stay here again. The wifi strength varied depending on which building we were in, building A had the best. Otherwise, another great stay."

"Loved this property! Close to nearby walking and restaurants. Casual food options available for all meals. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly in all areas of resort! Pool was very nice with plenty of pool chairs! Beautiful sunset views from the bar and pool area"

"Bullet points for unit Bay 14B2. VERY soft bed. Great view. Good selection of utensils and condiments but no suger beyond two hotel like coffee packets with sugar pack, stirrer, etc. Three packets of coffee, which was really good. Coffee maker uses basket style filters, which I always want to know because I bring my own coffee. Remote control temp devices took a while to figure out (and never really got it). Got a great price so a very good value. I would definitely stay in this unit again."
