"The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, lovely menu and good coffee. You never wait long to be seated or served. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a huge balcony to sit on. Very peaceful even though it was in the middle of a busy street. The hotel was in a very good location to explore Ubud. Would highly recommend 😍"

"I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone! "

"Relaxing resort a few minutes away from Ubud town centre, away from the traffic of Ubud. Amazing retreat, the whole resort is amazing and the staff, are even better. From check in to check out, everyone smiles, knows your name and can’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, it was huge and had everything you could need. The resort has 2 other infinity pools with great views across Ubud. Breakfast is at the main restaurant and has great variety for the everyone, meat and veg options. We had a lovely dinner at the main restaurant and also had dinner at their BBQ evening on the rooftop restaurant, amazing views from there. They operate a regular shuttle to and from Ubud town centre. My children and I loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you to everyone at the resort for your great hospitality, we were sad to leave."
