Top Jones County Hotel Reviews

BridgePointe Hotel & Marina

8/10 Good

"The Hotel was good. It is an older hotel, so I think some upgrading with new carpet and new furniture might make it more inviting. The breakfast was a nice added bonus; it was very good. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The only thing I felt it had a very musty, old smell in the rooms. Not sure if it was a smoking hotel at one time. Maybe something can be done with the vents, or in the rooms to add some nice smell to it? Other than that, we would stay there again. It is convenient to all the sights to see. Cute Downtown New Bern."

My Place Hotel-Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune, NC

10/10 Excellent

"It’s hard to find anything wrong with MyPlace hotel! Employees were very nice and welcoming and the place was super clean! (Had our standard poodle with us and they fussed over her!) Our room was the same! Cost was very good too. Full size refrigerator and ample counter space with cooktop , microwave and coffeemaker though we didn’t have the need for a one night stay. Carpet and furniture were clean too. Excellent in my book! Only suggestion is bathroom only had one light switch that turned on every light and fan in there… it would benefit to just have an ample night light as we needed to keep it on for nighttime runs to use the bathroom. No breakfast is included with the room which is ok but they do have things to purchase in the lobby. Coffee is free all day. All in all it was a Good experience for us seniors!"
