The hotel is dated and room needs major renovation. The buffet breakfast selection was quite bad, and the porridge was cold. Check in and check out was prompt though.

Pleasant stay
Enjoyed the stay, room was big and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to rave about though, but no major issues for me. Staff were friendly and attentive to detail.

The service in frond desk very excellent. the check in just few second the hotel environment so nice and pleasant...compare other. only the food they must improve the menu.

Comfortable and spacious room
Pleasant stay. Nice and comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Room is clean and neat. Easy check in and friendly staff. Breakfast spread can be improved. Otherwise value for money stay. Would recommend for big families.

Outskirt of town area
Love that the hotel is not so near to city centre.. Peaceful environment. However, it is quite near to AEON and TESCO bukit indah which is great! Not recommended to go to the gym and swimming pool though, it is so small. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good, would reccomend to go earlier.

Ok hotel, but with many areas of improvement
It is an ok hotel with large hotel rooms. Some pointers of my experience: Pro - Rooms are huge and modern - Decent view from windows - Technician came quickly after calling the reception on my problem with reception of the TV Con - Strong cigarette smell at corridor and also in my room at times - Noise soundproof of bedroom needs improvement - No welcome drink (as claimed) when I arrive - Layout of basement car park is weird and require some manoeuvre - Called room service but food served is different from the description and price in room service menu. However after bringing it up to the waiter, the restaurant acknowledged error and is nice to provide complementary 3 slices of water melon and 2 muffins as apology

Going breakfast on 9am but only 1 staff to serve all customers in the cafe. Food slow to refill. No person in egg counter.

Different room layout 2 rooms control by an entrance. If room facing high way expect to b slight noisy. Room floor beside vacuum should wet mop to dust away. Good wifi signal. Breakfast limited varieties. Mainly targetted for family n friends visit or treatment at the next door hospital. As shopping and eateries are about 3km away need transport

It is a new hotel which is one year old since its official opening. It offers good breakfast and hotel service. The rooms are large with fresh beddings and linens. Good housekeeping. Live band performance at night. Suitable for a weekday business trip or family weekend rest. No nearby shops or malls. Need a car to move around. Private transport may be hard to book.

Special thanks for hotel for da stay despite some setback such as no pool service,internet tv not functioning,food for breakfast very limited and less manpower.. there's room for improvements.. should have a activity room special for kids if da pool is out of service.. the kids are always looking forward for swimming each time going to hotels.. anyway great job to maintainence site... called for service and very prompt to come to attend to complaints.. may wan to see further improvements if returning.. thank u

New and clean hotel
The room is quite spacious and has all the basic amenities(although have to call the reception for toilet roll). The room and bathroom are new and clean, water heater is working fine. Like the double security where you have to tap you card at every single door. Although free wifi is provided, however it doesn't really work well as I can't even refresh my facebook feeds and Whatsapp working intermittently. Free breakfast was included but i think there is room for improvement.

Clean quiet hotel
I wanted a hotel in a quiet area yet minutes away by car from eateries and facilities. This hotel fit the bill. Could be considered inconvenient or out of the way if you want to be able to walk about. The rooms were a good size and clean. The hotel condition was good.

New, clean, comfortable hotel
The hotel looks very new and it provides a comfortable short stay. Chose to stay there as it is beside the hospital that my friend was in for convenience. However, there are no shops in the vicinity unless you take a taxi or uber to the nearest mall which is less than 10 minutes drive away. The rooms are big with simple yet nice design. Breakfast selection of food aren't comprehensive but sufficient to fill up some one.

New Hotel near to Legoland
I am very impressed with the room, hotel facilities, breakfast and staff..The hotel was new so everything is in good working condition.. It was a very warm welcome..We stayed in a family room with 2 king size bed enough to accomodate 3 adults and 3 children comfortably.. Room and bathroom both are spacious.. Aircond is supercold.. the only downside is the water pressure is low.. breakfast is free for 4 adults and with the price we pay we are happy and it's worth the money.. However they did not provide room cleaning despite of my 3 days n 2 night stay..It's really make us feel unhappy and will think twice the next time we come here.. Also the midnight bellboy is not being helpfull.. he is just sitting with his hp until the receptionist instruct him to help us pick up our luggage.. the location despite it is being close to legoland, should you travel without car, it is not recommended.. if you travel with family, you need to go about 10-15 mins drive for nearest restaurant/jusco/tesco..

Quite upset when we've been told by the management that they did not receive our booking from hotels.com. Also, we've been given 3 single beds as it was their last room. We am deeply disappointed and angry that this could happen to us. However, the hotel room is spacious, clean and in new condition. The weakness will be on the TV box, we can only watch Youtube movie. For TV channel, mostly with poor reception. I think the one with good reception should be malay channel.

Staff was good and friendly at receptionist counter. 1st hotel I stay provide WIFI bar but NOT able to access the internet and zero cable TV program only 4 local channel.This the two basic stuff come on... Shock me they have IPTV with a USB mouse I squats to use try to save the poor comment. I was again cheating myself having this broadband speed how to watch a hung IP movie or anything..So I just fall asleep while waiting the screen "streaming".........Last the compliment package water taste like tap water and the coffee etc...Speeches... Anyone can just enter the hotel no one guarding the carpark or main lobby. Just a small CCTV room in one corner hope someone is watching/ High Level surveillance system? LOL. Breakfast...So this the last part of the stay.. From the review i read before I come in. really make me believe... COME ON MANAGEMENT. If you need the buffet budget just add a bit more to the room charges. Don't you think by making the overall experience to the guest will make your hotel #1 for booking at your area. Your ex customer.

Pool was abysmal. It was small and there were dead insects floating on it. Proper maintenance of the pool is needed. Shower area has no door (just a panel of glass near the shower). Water will still splash to other parts of the bathroom, making it wet and unsafe for the children. Otherwise, the location is good (near Aeon and Tesco), the staff are friendly (especially the restaurant staff who prepared the eggs and curry noodles) and the price is reasonable.

Great Hotel but below par Front Desk Service
I stayed for 3 nights. Room and price was great. However the check in and check out service was bad. When i came for check in at 8pm, the person in charge was not at desk and when he did, he fumbled on my credit card charges. On check out at 815am, the person in charge do not know what is rge right amount to charge. He struggle to do it. The supervisor came in just before 9am and validate the charges. Other than front desk service, all others was great... including the breakfast cafe.

Great location, clean and secure parking hotel
i like the part where the security is very accommodating to allow me to park my car in front of the hotel lobby. This gives me a good night sleep without having to worry about my car. Service was good and no issues. Just a note, the wifi is very weak in the night.

部屋は大きくてきれい。場所は少し不便。
出張で利用しました。部屋は大きくきれいでした。ただゴキブリがいました。 周辺は何もなくコンビニやレストランに行くのにもタクシーで移動する必要がありました。 スタッフの方は親切で対応も丁寧でした。

新しくて綺麗なホテル
新しくて設備は綺麗でしたが、サービスは著しく低かったです。旧正月当日、ディナービュッフェがあると書いてあるのに、実施にはレストランはクローズ。ラウンジで注文するも料理が出てくるのに45分かかった。ウエイターが娘に間違ってビールを掛けるも、すばやい対応はなく、ぼーっとたってる始末。 値段相応とも思えるが残念でした。
