Property isnt a hotel. Its actually someones apartment. i.e. no checkin desk, no room cleaning, have to BYO toiletries. Will need car for stay as isnt close to anything (e.g. mall appears walkable on google maps, but footpaths to mall are in bad shape with many sections open to waterline below.

An average stay

The communication from the owner was really slow. Also, the lack of information made things quite difficult. The shampoo shelf in the shower room was rusty and needed cleaning. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores near the condo, so it's a must to buy what you need in advance. The room was super clean, which was great, but the washing machine smelled really musty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Plus, the dryer function didn’t work at all.

Good appartment, poor management.

Had to ask safety guy for code to the appartment since was never shared with us. Kitchen utensils very limited, we had to contact to get extra spoons and plates. Kitchen light wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired in 6 days.

I reserved and fully paid for rooms, but upon arriving at 9 pm for check-in, the owner notified me that no rooms were available. Rather than providing prior notice, the owner chose not to inform us and refused to answer my calls. As a result, I had to make a last-minute booking at another location, incurring significantly higher costs. Book with this owner at your own risk!!!
