"酒店在未入住前已詢問我是否有需要加單人床，顯得很貼心。
酒店對面就是地鉄南京西路站，機場到酒店不用轉線也可直達。到主要景點都只是幾個站
有超大的商場，幾天下着雨，景點關閉了，亦不愁沒地方可去。
最大的咖啡店只需步行5分鐘即到，非常方便。
服務非常週到，每次出外來來回回，房間毛巾用品都重新執拾好。
各服務員均友善而有禮，真是值得給5星的酒店"

"Best Hotel we stayed in for China. The staff did some nice things for us and are very accommodating and helpful for foreigner travelers. Location is very central, and relatively close to the Bund, Yu Garden, etc. Had a great stay."
