"I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage. "

"We had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn situated at Jing’an. The room was v generously sized and there was a little couch or sitting area. The hotel very kindly prepared a birthday cake and gifted a bottle of wine for my mum’s birthday. The laundry facilities were also excellent and super convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal for us as we were travelling to/from Shanghai train station and the station was in easy walking distance (even with luggage)! The one improvement that the hotel could work on is better training for the front desk staff - All other staff was super kind and helpful (including the security guards) but the front desk staff were quite dismissive when we were checking in or when we had questions on directions etc. "
