"Super friendly and helpful staff- couldn’t be better. Breakfast was the best we had out of the four different 5* hotels we stayed in China. The room interior and hotel exterior feels dated but still very nice. Location was excellent."

"Unbelievable location, great rooms, nice large and clean, very luxurious, service is absolutely top notch. Stayed here a week ago on arrival and came back for a few days before to continue to enjoy Shanghai. Transportation by subway is extremely convenient, located right at the intersection of three major lines, get anywhere in Shanghai within about 30 mins."

"Great location, easily can get a taxi to places. Metro station not very close but around 10 mins walk. Staff very helpful, nice choice of breakfast, coffee availabe at reception for free, washing machine and dryer room free to use. Loved the stay thank you :)"
