"I selected the hotel based on the favorable rating and positive reviews, but I should've read negative ones more carefully. The hotel requires a major renovation. The room carpet so worn out, that it's hard to say if it's clean or not. It may be clean, but it doesn't look like it. Same with the bathroom. The bathroom fan is making sound like a heavy plane. "Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home."

"Looks clearly this hotel lacks maintenance, the carpets are old and worn, and both pool & room, Not terrible but definitely can't say good. Airport shuttle is convenient but the driver offers no assistance, the breakfast has eggs and sausages but kind of you don't want to eat. Not worth three hundred bucks per night."

"This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also ."

"The best thing about the Puffin Inn is the airport shuttle which works well. Otherwise it was a disappointing experience. When I went to get into bed I noticed a large stain on the undersheet which I could see through the top sheet, it was palm sized. The breakfast was very poor, it was bagels and toast and there was one toaster for everyone, of which 2 of the four toasting slots were broken.
