"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion"

"I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed two nights before retunning home from Australia. The staff the whole time we stayed were just so friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and the price really great value. Highly recommend!"

"We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

"Spotless hotel, extremely comfortable beds, and a great location just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Anchorage. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended!"

"What I like is they have a shuttle bus to airport for free. Staff were okay and breakfast was good. Lots of parking. The only thing I don’t like it is there’s homeless around the area begging and also I’m not sure if bedsheets were changed cause when we get there two rooms is not ready and the staff is hurriedly vacuuming the room. Sheets are old and have a funny smell. I think they should change it. Towels are good looks new and clean. It was also noisy above us there kids running around. If...

"I love this hotel. Well priced, clean, updated, & I love that they have sound machines. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was that my room was right next to do a door that everyone has to go through to get to their lofts on the first floor so the door was loud late into the night and early in the morning. I would avoid room 122 when I go back. Other than that great stay"
