"It’s clean room with decent amenities. Staff was polite and helpful. They don’t offer free breakfast but gave some muffins and bars in the morning. I appreciate them giving it but they are pretty stale and some of them seemed to have expired. It’s an old hotel but rooms are clean and satisfied with the stay."

"Given a room with serious issues, we were denied a different room upon returning to the front desk . Said we could wait for maintenance to fix AC and bathroom back to room and no maintenance showed. So we decided to leave. Back to desk. Finally, after a private discussion by clerk with a manager ( who did not present themselves ) the clerk said we could get a free breakfast and wait for another room. Terrible customer service, desk clerk seemed to be untrained, management unwilling to be seen....

"Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home."

After checking in early following our red eye flight finally got to sleep and staff walked into the room on us without knocking. "This place was horrible! I’m shocked that it’s part of Marriott. We were very disappointed. They don’t clean the rooms every day, which was unacceptable. The staff was unfriendly, and the young Asian woman working at the café laughed in my face when I politely asked if she could replace my eggs. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"Room was relatively clean enough though very small. Curtains did not close all the way (kind of a problem when it’s light out for 20 hrs a day). Possibly the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on, and the duvet had no cover which means it’s rarely laundered, which is gross. Florescent overhead lights and loud bathroom fan were pretty awful. Exterior of property was not well maintained."
