The rooms were very spacious and clean. I love the convenience to the nearby attractions. Lots of dining and nightlife in the area. The staff was very friendly and acknowledged me by name everytime I walked by.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. They are under new ownership since June and some of the things have changed. They no longer serve breakfast nor do they do the manager social event in the evenings with wine and beer.

I was staying a single night before taking the train in the morning. 15 minute Taxi ride to the airport and 5 minute Taxi to the train depot. Several restaurant choices in close walking distance. Staff helpful and polite.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly! The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location to walk into downtown for our sled dog events. They do not have a pool or spa, but you are able to use the facilities at the Captain Cook hotel which is across the street.

The state of the art in this hotel are the two girls from the front desk! The day we arrived they made the whole difference. They were kind and gentle. The mattresses are old, the rooms are old too and the restaurant is even older and dirty.

Rooms felt dirty, descriptions on Expedia are not accurate. No pool, gym at location nothing stated that you had to walk across -5 degrees for pool or gym. Also the wanted to charge money to clean the room. Also we had to change rooms due to develop a huge itchy all over.
