"Was given incorrect login to room and hotel stay. Host contacted me over 9 hours later, I was force to get a different hotel due to no access into my booked stay . "

"Self service hotel - everything worked, clean and tidy, nice area with bars, restaurants nearby, cool Restuarant on ground floor, rooms were big and clean. Self check in and out was easy, good value for money. "

"Location was within walking distance to a vast selection of shops, eatery's, entertainment. Wonderful historical setting. Rooms very clean and bed was soooo comfortable I would highly recommend stellar inn!! "

"Cleanliness was a concern. There was pink slimey mold in the shower and the ceiling in the bathroom has a lot of mold growing from water damage. Had to shower in sandals to avoid touching the slime. There is no place to put luggage, no drawers etc which can make it difficult for longer stays. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights. "

"Garage key didn’t work so I had to park on the street until someone would answer the phone. Car was towed and after retrieving the car it still took three hours to get a working garage key "
