"Excellent stay while visiting Louisville. Responsive service via text messaging. Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night. "Very clean beautiful aesthetic! Every bit of the staff was nice and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping to the maintenance man. Lots to do around town especially loved the lime scooters. The only thing I wasn’t Particularly fond of was how cold the indoor pool was. "
