"The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from...

"Great little place to keep away from the large crowds very private ties security was absolutely wonderful. While there they were doing some upgrades around the complex and those guys were very respectful and complementary. They were replacing carpet on all the decks outside of the front doors and they did such an amazing job And they were very accommodating."

"Accommodations were very clean. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud one night but not too bad after that. "

"Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. "

"The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. "

"The room was close to the pool and beach access. Easy access to main thoroughfare to get to shopping and restaurants. Rental itself is dated but comfortable for our stay."
