"The rooms were gorgeous, check in/check out were great and the location was very convenient to the renaissance mall etc. The only area for improvement I would give was that there was very little hot water and the recommendations and directions to the bus vs taxi at night were inaccurate and unsafe. The night staff did not seem concerned for my safety as a solo female traveler and gave rushed haphazard directions even after asking for clarity multiple times, which ultimately ended getting me...
