The staff was very helpful in informing of ways to get around. Room service was a great perk since there are not many food options nearby. Breakfast was good except all meat options were pork, which is upsetting to someone who doesn’t eat pork. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Pros: The hotel location is great (3-minute walk to the airport and car rentals, and within drivable distance to most activities on the island). The unit is clean and very spacious. Free breakfast buffet and 24/7 gym are a plus. Cons: The check-in front desk is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is not sufficient sign or instruction for the guests, which could be confusing for the first timers. The staffs responded to our requests in a timely manner in the first 1-2 days, but the pattern shifted to the negative direction in rest of the days during our stay. The front desk seemed to be always busy and there didn't seem to be enough maintenance staffs to accommodate everyone's needs (maybe due to holiday week?). The booking confirmation from the hotel claims daily housekeeping. However, our room didn't get a housekeeping service 2 days in a row, despite multiple requests made with the front desk.

The hotel was nice. Solo traveler. The only downside is you would have to taxi to far places. The hotel shuttle will take you to Eagle beach and downtown shopping area. The staff was very nice!

I liked that this hotel was close to the airport, affordable, clean and they offered breakfast. I did not like that the breakfast was barely edible, there was nothing to do within walking distance, there was no entertainment in the hotel and one night they ran out of the fries that went with my order and they never refunded me or tried to give me the fries. I did like that they provided a free shuttle to downtown and the beach but you had to schedule it the day before.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The only small drawback was a slight smell in the room, but it wasn’t strong enough to take away from the overall experience. Everything else more than made up for it, and I would still recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again.
