"Highly recommend this property for families!! My kids (4 and 7) loooooved the bunk beds!!! We had a little bit of an issue checking in because they put us in a non bunk bed room and the second room was occupied but the assistant front desk manager treated us to a cabana on the water park for one of the days. "This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. "Overall we had a nice stay. Adults with tweens and teens. The staff was friendly. The rooms were decent nice property. I would say they need more pool space because when they’re at full capacity, the seating became a challenge. We did the bike tour that was fun. My friends enjoyed the spa. I wasn’t crazy about the food, but it was OK. I still had a relaxing time."
