"Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. "

"Wonderful place to stay....we will be back. Beautiful grounds and all staff so friendly and helpful. Great selection for inclusive breakfast and the beach is amazing. They also offer dinner on the beach with a bonfire on the weekend. And the tree frogs serenading you to sleep is amazing."

"My room was across the street. Even though its next to the club the music did not disturb me. It was quiet and i slept like a baby. Very private and still close to many things. I will visit here again."

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at Firefly Cottages for a period of seven nights, and I must say that I do not feel compelled to return. The accommodations were somewhat rudimentary, as evidenced by the need to manually screw in the light bulb to activate the lighting in the bedroom. Furthermore, the door required the use of a key to secure it from both the inside and outside, which may be perceived as inconvenient by some guests. Unfortunately, the television was not functioning...

"Excellent property, with only 13 rooms there is no hustle and bustle. Very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely become a repeat visitor."

"The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) "

"Way to loud. There was a special concert provided mostly for locals the night we stayed. We were prepared for loud music til midnight or 2 am, but it was loud until past 4 in the morning. They should have had security get people to quiet down so the paying hotel guests could get a little sleep. I will never stay there again."

"Very rustic scenery outside But poor quality and service. Towels and bed linens were old and dingy. One toilet paper for three guests. Request another when that one was finished and I went out for the whole day when I returned still no toilet paper. No iron in room ,sands on the floor This is my second time there. Really disappointed this time around."

"Honestly, I was there with my son for 5 nights and I had a blast. Staff was genuine, real and 100% a pleasure. The pool was nice, ping pong, video games, a ton of things to do. Was quiet and peaceful. Want to say Thanx to the staff and I definitely will be rebooking when I return to c my again. "
