"First timer here at Tamboo and I’m definitely coming back !! Rooms were always cleaned , clean towels , a/c was ice cold , hot water for showers. Staff are all so friendly awesome security and let’s not forget Francesco at the hut on the beach just a beautiful experience 😎✌️love Jamaica 🇯🇲 "

"Not a five star resort but the staff is definitely 5 star. Rooms are clean, but old Jamaica vibes. Shout out to the staff, Jennifer, Vanessa, Marie and everyone else in the bar area. Mike does an excellent job keeping the beach cleaned and organized. And thank you to everyone behind the scenes that we don’t interact with daily."

"This is a quaint quiet small hotel even though it is an older property.The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The garden area was lush with greenery. Very relaxing. It was a little tricky to find. You have to take an alley to get there as the location is between the beach and the main road. The little restaurant was closed as they are still undergoing repairs from the hurricane. In fact that morning they were there doing the repairs. The room is basic but clean. We weren’t looking for fancy as we are in Jamaica for the beach. There are many beach bars and restaurants near by and a cute little coffee shop around the corner on the main road. There is a dorm size fridge in the room with small freezer. We would stay again."
