"Room was clean and spacious, plenty of dresser space and hangers. Large shower includes shampoo and body wash dispenser. Marley’s restaurant has great food and coffee. Bars and bartenders are excellent, they create anything you ask for, shout out to Romeo for making the Wolverine Special! Beach area is gorgeous with plenty of chairs and floaties to use. Pool is huge and clean as was the hot tub, and the hot tub temp was perfect 100 degrees. Easter week activities were planned for adults and kids, however more communication from the front desk on how to sign up for these activities could have been better. Overall, it’s a great central location on the busy stretch of 7 Mile Beach. "

"I stay here all the time and always have a good experience. The staff is great, especially the manager, Monique. I even eat here sometimes when I’m staying elsewhere—the food is reasonably priced and decent. Breakfast included is a plus."

"We were on the garden side the hot tub and pool were extremely clean! The staff is the best! Delay the bartender is a valuable asset to the resort! The beach is the best! We stay at Rondel every time we come to Jamaica "

"Beautiful property, very romantic room on the beach and both the people and the cleanliness were amazing. The main complaint was the lack of communication on things happening throughout the resort and the food options. There were only two restaurants that were available without reservations and one of them was completely closed for a private event one night... leaving only the buffet. "

"This is not a hotel I would recommend! Staff are very unprofessional and need further training. Check in is at 15:00pm, we arrived at 14:55pm, then had to wait 40 minutes for a room. I was advised that I would get upgraded to an ocean view room. Unfortunately this was not honoured, I was given a room over looking a dirty swimming pool! Then the icing on the cake was we were provided with dirty towels. I asked to speak to a manager about the matters, the staff was rude then had a handyman act as manager. If he was a manager his presentation was not of a manager. He wore a dirty yellow t shirt, jeans and dirty trainers. He was not helpful and the matter was not resolved, we was still provided with dirty towels."

"We had a cottage with beach view and it was lovely. The accommodations are a bit rustic but we enjoyed it. Centrally located on seven mile beach and beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "
