Pretty good hotel
It's a nice stay but I don't know whether I'll choose this hotel again because, the amenity conditions are pretty not.

The hotel needs to review their housekeeping team. The shower need a good scrub and the towels and mats need to either bleach them or replace. The standard of cleanliness is below average.

Not really suitable for western patrons. No fridge in room and hotel is an alcohol free zone. Supplied for only one person even though husband & wife were occupants.

Very nice but very poor wifi. Staff was always helpful and the breakfasts were top of the line You have to work on a better wifi connection that remains connected in the rooms.

A 2.5 nights stay in Jakarta for a conference
Helpful staff. All requests (borrowing iron, room upgrade, close to the lifts, safety box problems and taxi) were attended to immediately. The breakfast food was great. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

quite expensive rate
near to food centre and taman mini. quite expensive rate. during night, taxi driver cant see the access for the hotel. turns out he dropped us at the car park!

Family stay at Santika TMII
+ Room was nice and clean. Lot of culinary around the hotel. Near TMII - No privacy at room, sounds form inside room were clearly heard at the corridor. Sounds from the neighbor were also heard from our room. Breakfast taste was poor. There was only one umbrella as a shelter from rain at the pool. Poor view at the pool, unfinished building.

Good hotel, good Indonesian food, with buffet breakfast included great value. Some english channels on TV.Has room service. Pool not that big, not for serious swimmers but OK for a bit of exercise or for families with children. Fitness room small, 4 machines but again OK for a bit of exercise. Some shops, bank with ATM and restuarants within hotel area, walk round the back of hotel.

A very comfortable Stay
I stayed for 2 nights to visit the TMII. My first experience of Jakarta. It was a very comfortable room, good breakfast in a smart room. A member of the well respected Santika hotel group. A very nice seafood restaurant next to the hotel with very helpful staff, willing to spend a bit of time helping this Bule to order.

Non-smoking
The entire check-in process was extremely slow. I confirmed with the front desk reception that I would be placed in a non-smoking room. The front desk attendant said "yes" twice and nodded in confirmation. I was then not only placed on the smoking floor, I was put in a smoking room. Changing rooms took 3 visits to the front desk, all with a duration of 20 minutes each. The rooms have paper thin walls and are very noisy with neighbors blasting music and slamming doors at all hours of the night.

Clean and comfortable hotel but buffet meals always cold, no heating device under each food selection containers. Location is awkward to get to with many motor cycles parked on roads approaching the hotel.

Great Hotel but tucked miles away from the City!
A good hotel..good customer service though they need to have someone who understand English well at the front office for international guests.It was difficult to comunicate with the staff at the front office who were not conversant with English. The location of the hotel is prohibitive from the airport.Someone with a flight schedule may need to plan early enough due to heavy traffic jam in Jakarta.I had to leave at 3 am for a 5 am flight! Generally the hotel is good!

閑静な場所にある小奇麗なホテル
ロビーや客室は清潔で過ごしやすかったですが、ハンドタオルがなく、ドライヤーもフロントに頼まなくてはならず、アメニティはもう少し揃えて欲しかったです。 スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったです。 ただ、１Fレストランのウェイターさんは何度も注文を間違えたり、注文してからかなり時間がかかったり、とあまり快適ではなかったのが残念でした。
