Really friendly and serviceminded staff. Decent rooms, a bit too small beds nut otherwise OK standard. The value is good in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Perfect Customer Service of ALL STAFF!

It’s modern designed - as not new required feedback (they asked for it) for the team to get it up to top shape - all feedback was addressed - so it was a wonderful stay at the price and due to… Perfect Customer Service of ALL STAFF! We boled a total of 20 nights for 2 staff as a good base in & out of airport & meetings around Jakarta ! Pool year is a plus ! Big plus !

The property is very old. The rooms are dark. The bathroom sink was very dirty. Breakfast room was always full of locals and to go round and round looking for cutlery and napkins. The egg station always had a queue. The check in and check out was smooth.

City hotel in great location

The room is clean, staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The bed is comfortable, but no fridge in the room. Some of the light fitting have paint peeling off. However, location is fantastic. Great shopping complex and eating place next door, fantastic range of food sold by hawkers across the road from the hotel at 7am. Great swimming pool facilities if you manage to find the convoluted way from Ibis to Novotel, long opening swimming pool hours is great. What we missed most is a common area where we can sit and relax as there are six of us when we want to discuss things. Breakfast could have been made cheaper for the hotel guests.

Very nice hotel and nice area

The Hotel is in a very good location and easy to go everywhere. The checkin and Checkout was quick and professional. Room was very new and nice decorated. Breakfast has lots of international cuisine choices. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay again.

My stay was very disappointing due to the poor state of the room. The cleanliness was severely lacking.. I expect a basic standard of hygiene and comfort from any accommodation, and this room did not meet that. It was not up to standard

Room is spacious and clean. But the toilet is very very small. Bathroom doors, shower head in need of fixing and the shower gel was not topped up at all during the stay. Breakfast selection is very limited and not appetising with the egg station and fruit section being the saving grace. Staff is friendly but they keep getting all the guest to sign up and Accor account resulting in long queue at check in.

They are too active to clean dishes and table, even I just put a full glass of Juice then left for taking some food. The juice was taken away then my seat was occupied during the peak hour. All the rooms are actually inside the building, no outside view, only a window view to artificial garden.

De prijs valt mee, maar het was een best wel donkere kamer en het doucheputje was verstopt. Meerdere malen hebben we het hotelpersoneel erover verteld, maar het werd niet gefixt. Er was ook een klein kevertje in de kamer.

We checked in at the hotel for 3 nights and was informed that we had to move to Novotel which is just adjacent and part of the same hotel group for technical reasons. The room we had at Ibis was clean and nice and the hotel was just above the mall. We were already fine with our room at Ibis until we moved, which was actually was an unexpected upgrade and we were very delighted to know that we got a bigger room as regards to the previous room we had. The move was seamless and hassle free. The room was clean and the service staff were pleasant and accommodating. The pool was clean and big. Breakfast spread was adequate and enjoyed breakfast each time. Our overall stay was very pleasant and we highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and relaxing staying in the heart of Jakarta.
