"We recently stayed at NYAH in Key West and had a bit of a mix-up regarding the room we originally booked versus when we were assigned even though the situation was frustrating Anthony completely turned our experience around. Anthony was actually timed out and on his way out the door when we approached him but he didn't hesitate for a second he stopped took the time to truly listen to our concerns and jumped right in to fix the problem immediately .We were so impressed by his compassion and his willingness prioritize our stay over his own schedule it's rare to find that level at the dedication thank you Anthony for making things right and making our trip a success we truly appreciate your help"

"The property was OK. The staff were kind and curteous. The issue was the cats and the gross cat dishes near the pool. They should advertise they have two hotel cats. This caused a ton of anxiety for me as I am afraid of cats and highly allergic. "

"This hotel is right off of Duval. You have everything with in walking distance and a cvs around the corner if you need any kind of emergency items. The temporary bouy is only about a 10 minute walk. If you have a vehicle, you park nearly 50 yards away on the side of a restaurant. Everything was great during my stay and the motorcycle I rode in on was safe too. "

"Beautiful scenery. Staff was very helpful. Accommodations were great. Couple massage was amazing. Food and drinks at restaurant and bar were delicious. Close walking distance to downtown shops and water activities. Nice place for a getaway. "
